1. Services Overview

ProfLevel Boost offers three categories: professional level boosting services, digital courses and guides (collectively, the Info Product), and branded merchandise (the Product).

2. Professional Level Boosting Services

We provide customized boost sessions for clients seeking skill advancement. Session details are confirmed upon purchase. Clients may schedule sessions via our contact form.

Refund Policy for Services

Because we allocate dedicated staff and set aside resources per session, service fees are generally non-refundable once scheduling is confirmed. However, in the event we cannot fulfill a confirmed session, we will offer a full refund within 7 days or a complimentary rescheduling option. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

If you wish to transfer a session to another date or a different service, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start. Subject to availability, we will adjust scheduling at no additional charge.

3. Info Product

This category includes digital courses, e-books, and downloadable guides. Delivery is instant upon purchase.

Refund Policy for Info Product

Digital content is downloadable immediately and therefore falls under a strict no-refund policy, except where required by applicable law. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 5 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Content access may not be transferred or exchanged once downloaded.

4. Product

Branded merchandise such as apparel and accessories. All items are shipped from our warehouse.

Refund Policy for Products

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please request a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery. Approved refunds or replacements will be credited after receiving the shipped item in its original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a claim or a replacement, contact us via our contact form. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.
